State whether the watch runs and which functions were tested. Do not make a technical diagnosis without inspection.
Service
Service date, provider, invoice, report and replaced parts, if known. Say when service history is unknown.
Completeness
Warranty card or papers, boxes, invoice, service documents, archive material, spare strap, tools and accessories.
Provenance and authority
Purchase route and ownership authority. Remove personal addresses and payment details from first-review copies.
Seller objective
Preferred timing, need for public price discovery, tolerance for exposure and whether a direct or represented route is acceptable.
Photograph plan
Show enough to assess, not enough to expose.
